After graduating from Marmara University Business Administration in German language, she completed Management and Organization Master’s program at Istanbul University. She is currently working on her doctoral thesis at Marmara University in the area of organizational behaviour.
Ceyla started her corporate career at Eczacıbaşı Group. She managed the young talent program, employer brand, diversity management, employee engagement, recruitment process design, and digitalization projects in recruitment across group companies. She led career and talent management design processes, designed and delivered recruitment & candidate experience training for managers. The projects she managed received 4 Brandon Hall and 3 Stevie awards.
As a consultant with international certifications, she has been involved in the development of various psychometric tools throughout her career. She also designed and conducted recruitment and assessment center processes for leading companies in the banking, FMCG, pharmaceutical, retail, manufacturing, and technology sectors.
Ceyla is the judge for Stevie Awards for Great Employers. As a volunteer trainer and mentor, she supports Bizbizze, an NGO that supports women’s empowerment. She is currently conducting employee experience projects for Feedback & Beyond.
